A close game between these two until Baltimore exploded for 6 in the last of the 8th to put this one away, the floodgates open on an error by Dick Howser. Every Oriole starter picked up a hit except Brooks Robinson and 7 different platers had RBI’s. Somehow the light hitting Mike Heath was walked three times in the game.
