KANSAS CITY (53-84) @ CLEVELAND (76-62)

STARTING PITCHERS

4W (2-11 6.72) 15Y (14-8 1.73)

The Athletics jumped out in front as back up receiver Ken Suarez ripped a double driving in the first run. The Indians knotted things up as rookie Richie Scheinblum beat out a double play ball. The home club grabbed the lead in the 5th on this overcast night and that would be very critical and the skies opened up and washed away any chance of Kaycee catching up shortening the contest to 7 innings.
