TUESDAY JULY 25,1967

CALIFORNIA (40-57) @ BOSTON (56-35)

15W (3-6 1.95) 8W (2-2 3.48)

The Angels flew east and boy do they wish they hadn’t. Although they broke on top first, but the Bosox put up runs in every inning from the 2nd thru 7th, pummeling Rickey Clark and Clyde Wright. Every position player had a hit except catcher Russ Gibson. But the biggest day was had by Reggie Smith as he found his long ball prowess!
